The Finance Systems Cutover Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cutover activities for system configuration and set-up of SAP, Workday and CRM tooling's. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless data migration, and minimizing business disruption during the process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system cutovers, particularly with SAP and Workday, and possess strong project management and leadership skills. Must have experience with P2P and OTC and working together with R2R.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cutover Planning and Execution :
- Develop detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists
- Coordinate all cutover activities, including data migration, system testing, and validation
- Ensure all cutover tasks are completed on time and within budget
Stakeholder Coordination :
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align cutover activities with business requirementsFacilitate regular cutover planning meetings and status updatesAct as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related issuesRisk Management :
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesMonitor cutover progress and address any issues that ariseImplement contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptionTesting and Validation :
