Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Lead Engineer to lead and manage electrical engineering teams for detailed engineering projects in the offshore wind and battery storage sectors . Based in the Rotterdam area, this role focuses on delivering high-quality designs while ensuring compliance with international standards. Relocation profiles are welcome, and visa sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and designers in detailed engineering projects.
• Prepare and review specifications, technical bid evaluations (TBE), and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for LV systems (e.g., MCC, switchgear, UPS, LV distribution boards).
• Conduct and oversee electrical system studies and deliverables, including :
• Cable lists, block diagrams, layouts, termination diagrams, and installation / mounting details.
• Work on greenfield LV Power Distribution designs.
• Ensure compliance with standards (IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, NFPA, NEMA, API).
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on offshore wind and battery storage projects.
