A major name in the machinery manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical design, development, and implementation across complex engineering projects.

This is a freelance contract offering strong rates, long-term potential, and the chance to play a key leadership role in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment.

Your Role :

Manage and coordinate electrical engineering teams and deliverables

Oversee electrical system design, documentation, and compliance

Ensure integration with mechanical systems and automation processes

Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For :

• Strong background in electrical engineering within machinery or industrial systems
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience
• Familiar with relevant standards, safety regulations, and CAD tools
• Able to work on-site in Rotterdam
• EU work eligibility or existing right to work in the Netherlands
