B. Braun, a leading medical technology company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead its marketing efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Job Description

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing strategies that meet the current and future needs of customers, patients, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and commercially-oriented senior leadership positions, with experience in managing teams and driving innovation.

They will be able to develop and implement launches, campaigns, and actions to meet profit and growth targets, while also creating synergies between business segments and patient care services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business and marketing strategies that meet the current and future needs of customers, patients, and stakeholders.
• Manage product and therapy launches, launch new healthcare services, and manage product life cycles.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, strengthen, and enlarge long-term relationships and partnerships with key customers, opinion leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and control marketing and business activities through KPIs, using ROI within financial reporting to co-steer the organization effectively.
