Trainee Recruiter

A recruitment role involves managing the entire recruitment process : sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, on boarding support, client relationship management, and general admin tasks.

In a recruitment role, you can earn commission based on successfully placing candidates with clients. Recruiters receive a percentage of the placement fees generated by their successful placements in a additional to salary.

Base Salary : Graduate - €33,500

Non-Graduate - €31,500
