The Role
This is not a typical business management role. It’s a hands-on, high-pressure, fast-paced leadership role that touches every corner of the organisation. The Business Manager leads the business end-to-end – from daily operations and curriculum to marketing, admissions, HR, finance and delivery. You’ll keep the wheels turning daily, while also driving growth, structure and standards across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Curriculum, Head of Operations, and Head of Marketing &
Admissions, and lead a wider team including :
You’ll be responsible for supporting and developing the department heads, holding the overview across teams, and ensuring cohesion, accountability and continuous improvement.
