Conditions

  • Working place : management office in Amsterdam The Style Outlet.
  • Working hours : starting hours between 8 and 9 : 30
  • Full time work (40h per week) directly in the office.
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary : from 65,000 eur gross  (including 8% holiday allowance).
  • Direct supervisor - sits in Madrid / Spain, but there is close cooperation with Team in the office.

  • Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the administrative and accounting processes (posting invoices, prepare payments to suppliers, travel expenses postings, control GL accounts and so on)
  • Preparing and control of annual budget for the country of his / her responsibility.
  • Control and preparation of data related to taxes : VAT, property tax, water tax and providing it to Tax advisor.
  • Verifying the documentation provided by external agents (auditors, tax administration, banking),
  • Preparing the monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Participation in monthly reporting and audit.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, tax authorities.
  • Collaborate with whole Amsterdam Team and Corporate departments.
  • Who we need

  • Education
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.

    Solid knowledge of Dutch accounting regulations

  • Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.

    Solid knowledge of administrative requirements in terms of tax filing, relations with Public Administrations, presentation of annual accounts is a must

  • Languages
  • fluent written & spoken English and fluent Dutch.

  • Computer skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

    Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP desirable).
