Plant Lean Manager

Pacific International Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a global industry leader in high-tech instruments and test equipment to support the recruitment of a Plant Lean Deployment Lead . With over 8,000 employees worldwide, this innovative manufacturing business is embarking on a significant transformation journey — and this role will be pivotal in driving that change.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the Lean Operating Model at the site, ensuring alignment with maturity standards and certification targets.
• Utilize resources and standards to deliver impactful training, implement key methodologies, and adopt best practices.
• Drive effective change management and internal communication efforts to embed the company's culture and celebrate key milestones.
• Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build employee capability in tools and approaches, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing across the site.
• Identify and document lessons learned, benchmark internal improvements, and collaborate with the Director of Business Excellence to explore new areas for transformation.
