Manual Test Engineer – Delft – ALTEN Netherlands

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Manual Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Delft .

As Manual Test Engineer , your main tasks will include :

Performing manual functional and regression testing on EV charging stations and related systems
Documenting test results and reporting bugs and issues clearly and accurately
Collaborating closely with engineers and developers on-site to troubleshoot and verify fixes
Executing tests according to test plans and procedures
Supporting the development of testing documentation and test case improvements

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in a manual testing role

Proficient in manual test techniques and structured documentation

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and hands-on approach

Willing and able to work on-site in Delft 4–5 days per week

Working Conditions

You get a permanent contract

You get a lease car with a fuel card

Possibility of hybrid working (limited for this role due to on-site testing needs)

Monthly net expense allowance
