Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support a high-impact IAM transformation program. The initial phase focuses on gap and risk assessment, followed by implementation of key IAM components such as IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and governance structures. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in bridging business needs with IAM architecture, ensuring compliance and secure access management across cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of an IAM strategy aligned with organizational and security goals.
- Conduct business and information analysis across IAM processes including attestation, provisioning, inflow, outflow, and dynamic access.
- Collaborate closely with business owners, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and translate business requirements.
- Create and manage business features, epics, and user stories to drive solution development.
- Provide support to scrum teams in implementing and embedding IAM-related processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and process onboarding.
- Serve as an advisor to strategic bodies such as the CIO office, Portfolio Board, and Architecture Board.
- Contribute to the further development of the business information analyst role and knowledge sharing within the team.
IAM Knowledge Areas (Required) :
Deep understanding of IAM domain and architecture including components like :IGA, PAM, Active Directory (AD), Entra IDSource and target systemsCloud accessRBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control)Knowledge of key IAM processes : attestation, provisioning, monitoring, etc.Familiarity with business processes that impact IAM (e.g., employee lifecycle : inflow, flow, outflow)Ability to assess risks and gaps within the IAM landscape and propose improvementsNo specific certifications required, but extensive hands-on IAM experience is essential.IAM Focus Areas in This Role :

5+ years of experience as a Business Information Analyst in process and / or system analysisProven track record in translating business needs into actionable technical and process requirementsExperience in creating epics and user stories in an Agile / Scrum environment (2+ years)Able to move independently across business units to collect critical information and drive alignmentSolid understanding of governance and compliance in the context of IAM
