As part of their Development & Engineering division, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing new modules that drive technological advancements. Functieomschrijving

  • Collaborate in project acquisition phases, serving as the main technical liaison between customers and project teams.
  • Lead project teams in setting requirements and developing advanced product architectures.
  • Drive technical content during project execution, defining work breakdown structures and ensuring consistent product design.
  • Oversee prototype development and integration, including validation and verification activities.
  • Present technical proposals to management, colleagues, and customers.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and assembly groups to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at conferences, fairs, and universities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field and contribute to technology roadmaps.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Degree or PhD in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanics, Physics, or similar).
  • Minimum five years of experience in systems design, preferably in a multidisciplinary high-tech context.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art mechatronics, product, and process-level technologies.
  • Experience with (opto-)mechatronic systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with precision modules, vacuum technology, and design for cleanliness is advantageous.
  • Experience in leading professional groups and coaching juniors.
