We’re looking for a Quality Controller Coordinator to join our team in Poeldijk, Netherlands.

The QC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods meet the required quality standards and customer specifications. Based in Poeldijk, this position oversees the quality control (QC) processes, coordinates inspections throughout production, and manages the QC team. The QC Coordinator works closely with other departments to maintain product quality, ensure proper documentation, and enforce hygiene and safety regulations. They also serve as the first point of contact for external inspectors and have the authority to stop production or reject products when necessary. The role is critical in upholding quality and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect incoming goods and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take corrective action when necessary.
• Supervise and support the QC team in daily activities, task delegation, and performance coaching.
• Review and correct administrative tasks completed by QC staff to maintain documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with BRC, IFS, and internal hygiene standards across all operations.
• Verify supplier certifications such as GlobalG.A.P. and manage sample handling for residue analysis.
• Act as the main contact for external inspectors and conduct offsite inspections when needed.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain clear communication with management, escalating quality concerns promptly.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, enforcing standards and encouraging team accountability.
