Technical Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key player in some of the most exciting AV / IT projects, you'll be responsible for translating client dreams into technical specs that are clear, practical, and feasible.

About the Role :

  • You'll work closely with our engineering, sales management, logistics, and service teams to shape proposals and cost calculations for high-end international projects.
  • You'll spot technical and commercial risks – and offer smart alternatives.
  • You'll ensure everything is crystal clear in our CRM and proposal systems.

What You Bring On Board :

  • You've got a technical background (medior) in Engineering, AV / IT, or similar;
  • You are detail oriented and organized;
  • You're excited by AV / IT systems and the world of superyachts and high-end tech;
  • You're not afraid of complex calculations or tight deadlines – you stay focused and accurate;
  • Enjoy working in a team, but aren't afraid to take initiative;
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English;
  • You're collaborative, proactive, and confident in taking responsibility.

    • Benefits :

  • A gross salary between €118 and €5760 when working 40 hours a week - based on your current experience;
  • A company laptop and iPhone;
  • A travel allowance of €0.23 per km (travelling from home to work);
  • 25 vacation days per year;
