EMEA Recruitment is proud to work exclusively with a global logistics business in its search for a Financial Controller to join its ever-growing Finance team in the Tilburg or Den Bosch area.

You will be part of a proactive team with a focus on financial control, process optimization, and data-driven improvements. You’ll also engage with local and global stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for a Financial Controller with an analytical mind and creative problem-solving skills to drive change in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller :

• Actively engage in the month-end financial close process
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Conduct analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Internal Control Framework
• Support the statutory reporting process for legal entities
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
