Position : Regional Sales Manager – BENELUX (3PL Focus)

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead AGV / AMR sales across the Benelux region, with a focus on the 3PL market. You'll drive strategic growth, build key client relationships, and deliver innovative automation solutions tailored to complex logistics needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 3PL-focused sales strategy
Identify and grow new business opportunities
Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
Collaborate on solutions and resolve client challenges
Track sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

3+ years in automation or robotics sales

Experience with solution-based or 3PL sales preferred

Strong business development and communication skills

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
