The fruit and vegetables are delivered freshfrom the land to the factory in Waalwijk. Ready to be cleaned, sorted, packed,frozen and stored. Together with your team of colleagues, you are responsiblefor the production of fruit and vegetables and you monitor the progress of theprocess on the line. You guide new colleagues within the team on the workfloor, so that they can make a flying start. Your technical insight comes inhandy when installing, operating and maintaining machines. You identify bottlenecksand make timely adjustments. You know how to instruct colleagues on the linefor an optimal process. Together with the team of operators, you participate inwork meetings and (improvement) projects.

You will get started with :

Monitoringthe planning;
Recognizing / resolving deviations within theprocess;
Carryingout quality controls;
Resolvingand preventing malfunctions;
You ensure safety, order, cleanliness and hygienein the workplace.
You work on the basis of 3 shifts. During theschedule you rotate morning (06 : 00-14 : 00), afternoon (14 : 00-22 : 00) and nightshifts (22 : 00-06 : 00). For this you receive a good shift allowance!

Who are you?

We are looking for anoperator who :

Have a positive attitude

Have a sense of responsibility; you tackle things and think along;

Have technical insight and is eager to learn;

Feels at home in a production environment;

Have affinity with working in the food industry / Fruit and Vegetables / Food;

Is willing to work in 3 shifts;

Is willing to learn something new and who are open to devolop theirselves.

This vacancy is ona temporary basis, and if you have successfully completed the 6 to 12 monthstemporary employment period, you have a chance to get a contract with ourclient. They are growing at a fast rate and therefore want to connect withproper employees and offer them a contract!
