About the job :

As our H ead of Operations , you’ll be the engine behind our day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure client projects are planned efficiently, the team is well-coordinated, and the office runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the project teams and leadership to streamline processes, manage workloads, and create a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Key responsibilities :

• Strategic business partner for our clients, able to translate the client’s needs into powerful, tailor-made projects.
• Operational management : own and manage the planning of client projects, team capacity, and daily schedules.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to the team on an operational level.
• Improve new tools for smarter operations.
• Manage the office environment – from facilities and suppliers to IT support (in coordination with external partners).
• HR Support onboarding and day-to-day needs of new team members, and well-being.
