Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. is the sales, marketing and service subsidiary of Dingli, located in Weert, Limburg, Netherlands. We are currently looking for a Parts Medewerker who will contribute to the success and expansion of our organization.

About the Job :

In this role, you will be responsible for all parts matters, including but not limited to : picking and packing parts, handling parts orders and claims, overseeing parts delivery, and managing parts storage.

Responsibilities :

1. Put parts on shelves, pick and pack, identify parts, manage inventory.

2. Do the corresponding storage and sorting according to the parts list issued by the company headquarters.

3. Ensure timely supply of parts through the ordering, receivables, and dispatch process.

4. Monitor and track the movement of parts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality and condition of parts.

6. Following processes to maintain warehouse operating efficiencies.

7. Maintains safe and clean work environment and other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements

• Have the knowledge / experience of parts
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to use a computer and relevant software packages
• Have experience in warehouse / workshop operation
• Careful, punctual, positive, good team player and reliable.
• Professional phone manner and diligent email enquiry processing.
• Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
