Introduction ‎

We are looking for an Application Administrator who wants to work for a high-tech manufacturing / engineering, multi-site ‎business with a focus on Applications. As Application Administrator, you are responsible for maintaining business ‎applications built in Low-code, working with SQL databases for troubleshooting and data management, and managing the ‎organization’s Microsoft Sharepoint environment to ensure smooth collaboration and document management.

What you’ll be doing

You ensure ‎continuity, stability, and performance of applications and act as the first point of contact for users with questions or incidents. ‎You have proven experience with SQL, which you use for data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting. Managing ‎multiple applications as part of a team;‎

Key responsibilities :

Responsible for strategically setting up and maintaining our Microsoft SharePoint collaboration environment;

Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions such as intranet portals, document management systems, ‎and team collaboration sites;‎

Responsible for maintaining our access control application;‎

Implement and maintaining applications developed with Low-code software (pre);‎

Implement workflows, forms, and automation with the tools available for this purpose;‎

Using SQL to troubleshoot bugs and perform fixes in applications developed with SQL;‎

Picking up, coordinating and resolving 2nd and 3rd line incidents and implement changes;‎

Besides managing the technical side of the applications, you will also be responsible for translating the users' ‎functional requirements into improvements to the applications you support;‎

Work closely with our information security department and other departments;.

Your profile

Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;‎

5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role;‎

You have experience in working with Microsoft Sharepoint and Low-code software;‎

You have experience working with SQL and experience of SQL Server and managing it;‎

If you know PowerShell, VB or other scripting languages, that would be a bonus;‎

Experience of mapping user requirements and translate it into technical solutions;‎

You are eager to learn and you have good communication skills.‎
