Core Responsibilities
Address and resolve customer issues with Smallworld applications
Analyze logs and debug files to identify root causes
Perform installation and configuration of Smallworld suite & 3rd party software
Apply OS patches and install fixes on live customer systems
Ensure system readiness and reliability through proactive issue handling
Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer satisfaction targets
Essential Skills
Minimum 5+ years with GE Smallworld PNI, Core SW4 / SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, DM, MES, NRM, K8
Strong in Magik , Java , VMDS , Oracle Database
Experience with SQL , Shell Scripting , and log / debug file analysis
System configuration and patch management skills
Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience
Effective written and verbal communication
Competency with MS Office and Outlook
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
