What are your responsibilities?

As the Marketing Manager , you will drive the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns for our technical products and industrial markets. Your responsibilities will also include the following tasks :

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy.
  • Craft content for online and offline platforms, such as newsletters, press releases, and brochures.
  • Plan, launch, and report on marketing campaigns that are aligned with SILICON’s strategy.
  • Liaise with external parties (e.g. suppliers and press).
  • Develop online content and promotional materials for the industry.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships to ensure long-term commercial cooperation.
  • Ensure an unambiguous presentation of the organization (Corporate Branding) and its products / services in such a way that the desired market position and image are achieved / maintained.
  • Promote Product development
  • Directly and indirectly manage the Promotion and Marketing & Communication employees.

What are your qualities?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has technical affinity, understands our customers, and recognizes themselves in this profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Affinity with the Technical industry.
  • Excellent in English.
  • Excellent at multitasking, leading and you are proactive.
  • Experience working with an ERP system (SAP is an advantage).
