Production Team Member
We are looking for a motivated Production Team Member to help guide and manage our production processes. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring process quality and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Identifying and addressing irregularities in the production flow
- Maintaining product quality during any process interruptions
- Following and implementing procedures from the Quality Manual
- Reporting unsafe conditions and incidents
- Training, mentoring, and guiding colleagues
- Contributing ideas for process improvement and efficiency
- Meeting production goals based on planning and KPIs
- Performing first-line maintenance on the entire production line
- Reducing waste and promoting smart production practices
