Are you an experienced and versatile Technical Coordinator with a passion for solving technical challenges? My client is a global market leader in integrated technical, facilities, real estate and project management and are looking for a driven Technical Coordinator to strengthen their team in the Rotterdam Botlek and Europoort region.
What will you do?
As a Cooperating Technical Coordinator, you and your colleagues are responsible for the continuity of the technical installations at our customer locations. Your tasks :
- Independently carry out planned maintenance and repair work such as repairing lighting, furniture and plumbing
- Solving technical malfunctions in the field of electricity and HVAC or another technical area
- Preparing and executing projects, for example structural, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers for specific technical jobs, where safety is paramount
- Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with internal safety regulations
- Reporting work performed and any problems to your manager
