A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and evolve innovative technology solutions that impact the digital experiences of millions of customers and support thousands of internal developers. This role is part of a broader technology function focused on enabling secure and high-availability digital operations.
The role supports two agile squads : one responsible for delivering secure environments tailored for cybersecurity and penetration testing, and another focused on managing the request and workflow processes for these testing activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and maintain the solution architecture across squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise target architecture.
- Translate business and IT requirements into scalable, secure, and actionable technical designs.
- Contribute to IT roadmaps and ensure architectural governance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coach and support squads across the DevOps cycle, promoting engineering best practices and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals.
- Lead the creation and communication of end-to-end solution designs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant trends into the architectural vision.
