Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center features three in-house dining outlets and 32 event rooms of various sizes, it is an ideal meeting and relax place at Schiphol Airport. Our menus vary from veg-forward to Asian street food. A kitchen where your creativity can come to life and every day will be different.

Main responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station of the kitchen.
• You will be working with a dynamic team, together you create the best dining experience for the guest in our hotel.
• You will plan and execute menus in collaboration with the other colleagues.
• Consistent achievement of the food production, preparation and presentation. Quality assurance of all produced items and monitor the consistency of the daily operation.
• Accomplish change, you will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to achieve improvement.
• We are one big team, helping out others is a must – ‘Teamwork Makes The Dream Work’
• You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health.
• Complete opening and / or closing duties. Supervise all cleanliness in the kitchen according HACCP.
