Mission for the Internship :

  • Analyse current system roles and rights across platforms.
  • Engage local market stakeholders to validate and align on current user access.
  • Define missing roles and propose updates to outdated or misaligned ones.
  • Collaborate with DDC to implement role changes.
  • Review current data flow in sales systems to identify inconsistencies and gaps.
  • Support bug identification and resolution related to data accuracy.
  • Create documentation and basic training materials for improved system usage.

Deliverables :

  • Updated a approved User Roles & Rights Matrix.
  • Summary report with gap analysis and recommended role updates.
  • Implemented updates in cooperation with DDC.
  • A System Accuracy Improvement Report outlining issues, resolutions, and system support actions.
  • Basic user guide for local markets on new role structure and access procedures.

    • Learning Opportunities :

  • Gain hands-on experience with user access management and role governance across systems.
  • Learn how to conduct gap analyses and stakeholder validation with international markets.
  • Understand the fundamentals of system data accuracy, bug tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., DDC, IT, local markets) in a real-world systems improvement setting.
  • Develop skills in documentation, process mapping, and internal communications.

    • Key educational requirements :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a Business related topic.
  • Basic excel knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
