We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dutch After Sales Support Specialist.
As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction by identifying and addressing their technical issues with iOS software troubleshooting, account management, and post-sales requests.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service : Act as the first point of contact for all Dutch-speaking customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues with iOS software and other related technologies.
- Account Management : Assist customers to manage and secure their accounts, including ID and password management.
- Post-Sales Support : Resolve customers' online store post-sales requests efficiently and effectively.
- Communication : Deliver high-quality support and handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Call Handling : Manage large amounts of incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Requirements
Languages : Native-level or near-native level in Dutch and B2 level in English.Tech Savviness : Tech-savvy, curious, and possessing problem-solving acumen.Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS : Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.Problem-Solving Skills : Able to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients.Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Qualifications : High School Diploma holder.Flexibility : Flexible to work night shifts / weekend shifts (if applicable).Benefits
