We’re looking for new colleague as Office Manager Intern as part of our Workplace Experience Team . Your starting salary will be 12€ / hour at average 16 hours per week working from our Netherlands office  on a part-time basis, you'll become a part of the People Team.

As an Office Manager Intern , you will be supporting the Workplace Experience Manager in creating an engaging and positive work environment for our employees at the Amsterdam office. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workplace management, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role requires the employee to be physically present at the Amsterdam office for the designated 16 hours per week. Your tasks will be concentrated on initiatives and programs specific to the Netherlands office and its employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Office Operations :
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering groceries and office supplies, managing office equipment, and addressing employee facility needs.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace for optimal efficiency.
  • Handle work-from-home equipment requests and coordinate laptop shipments.
  • Employee Engagement :
  • Work with the Workplace Experience Manager to organise and execute employee engagement events and activities.
  • Assist in creating and implementing initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Communication and Coordination :
  • Communicate important information to employees regarding workplace updates, events, and policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of workplace-related activities.
