Job description : Our client is looking for a Data Support Officer who will be responsible for the overall creation, updating and quality governance of client asset master data in their Enterprise Asset Management system IBM Maximo, in close cooperation with their technical experts and their user community on board of their fleet of vessels.

What you'll do :

You are in close contact with our users where your drive is to support them in regards to the creation of asset & maintenance data, and to improve their ability to use the EAM system through matter specific guidance.
You highly value a uniform categorization and coding system, as defined together with our technical experts.
You support and make suggestions for data enhancement , including regularly reviewing data quality procedures, tools and templates to continuously maintain and improve over-all data quality.
You guide and see through the successful delivery of data enhancement projects.
You use data quality standards in your communication with our users to improve data quality.
You build close relationships with our stakeholders and users to ensure that the data is fit for use.

What you bring :

Technical Bachelor degree or have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional, technical environment.

Good knowledge of technical products such as combustion engines, pumps and cranes.

Good knowledge of design of ship / vessel structures.

Technical drawings and specifications.

Good knowledge of IBM Maximo, MS Excel, Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Knowledge of Maintenance, Stock Management, Purchase & Logistics processes is a plus.

Language :

Fluent in Dutch and English.
