About the Role
As a Logistics Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for the logistical performance of a selection of complex, international suppliers. Your goal is to elevate supplier performance, secure supply capacity, and represent logistics within high-level internal and external discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational logistics performance for strategic suppliers and their n-tier partners
- Drive continuous improvement toward 95% on-time delivery
- Ensure sufficient production capacity at suppliers to support business growth
- Lead cross-sectoral improvement projects and manage escalations
- Represent logistics in Supplier Account Teams
- Support long-term supply chain strategy and resilience
- Build strong relationships with suppliers’ operations and plant management
- Coach and support colleagues in both hard and soft skills
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field10+ years of relevant experience in production logistics or international supply chain rolesProven experience in supplier management and operational excellenceSkilled in driving change and navigating complex stakeholder environmentsExperience in high-tech, low-volume manufacturing is a strong plusYour Skills
