Logistics Supplier Manager (Interim – Employment Only)

Location : Eindhoven Region

Start Date : ASAP | Duration : 3–5 months | Hours : 40 / week | Hybrid working available

Are you a strategic logistics professional with experience in a high-tech manufacturing supply chain? Do you thrive in improving supplier performance, leading cross-functional projects, and building scalable supply chains? Then this interim assignment might be your next challenge.

About the Role

As a Logistics Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for the logistical performance of a selection of complex, international suppliers. Your goal is to elevate supplier performance, secure supply capacity, and represent logistics within high-level internal and external discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational logistics performance for strategic suppliers and their n-tier partners
  • Drive continuous improvement toward 95% on-time delivery
  • Ensure sufficient production capacity at suppliers to support business growth
  • Lead cross-sectoral improvement projects and manage escalations
  • Represent logistics in Supplier Account Teams
  • Support long-term supply chain strategy and resilience
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers’ operations and plant management
  • Coach and support colleagues in both hard and soft skills

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in production logistics or international supply chain roles
  • Proven experience in supplier management and operational excellence
  • Skilled in driving change and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience in high-tech, low-volume manufacturing is a strong plus

  • Work Mode : Hybrid (office / supplier sites & remote)
