Senior C++ Engineer – Eindhoven – ALTEN Netherlands

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in the Eindhoven area.

As Senior C++ Engineer , your main tasks will include :

Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, performance-critical software applications using modern C++
Translating complex technical specifications into scalable and maintainable solutions
Identifying and resolving technical challenges across the full development lifecycle
Ensuring code quality through testing, peer reviews, and best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to architectural decisions
Guiding and mentoring junior engineers within the team

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO / WO) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to C++

Proficient in software design, debugging, and development processes

Fluent in Dutch (preferably)

Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills

Working Conditions
