About this role :
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our team of product owners and shape the future of our Growth Marketing technology landscape. In this role, you will drive global tooling, automation, and scalable campaign effectiveness across products like smart bidding, creative assets automation, and data feeds optimization.
You’ll craft a long-term vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, acting as both a strategic leader and team mentor. Your expertise will elevate product strategy, enhance team capabilities, and ensure seamless execution—empowering our marketing technology to deliver impactful business results.

- Leadership & People Management : Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product owners, fostering ownership, growth, and scalable innovation
- Execution & Delivery : Oversee delivery, drive prioritisation for maximum impact, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful rollouts.
- Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the long-term vision for Growth Marketing automation, aligning product goals with business priorities
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong partnerships across teams, act as the Growth Marketing business partner, and turn complex challenges into clear product actions
- Product Operations : Drive product development processes, champion best practices, and help build a world-class MarTech stack that scales
