We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Vietnamese-speaking sales team. Someone with a strong affinity for sales, excellent communication skills, and a love for Asian food and culture.

Position Overview :

In this role, you will manage relationships with our clients in the Asian food industry, including supermarkets, restaurants, wholesalers, and shops in Europe. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese , have an interest in sales, and be eager to develop within a dynamic, family-owned company. This is an office-based position where the majority of your interactions with clients will take place through phone, email, and Viber.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Asian food sector.
• Provide product advice and support to clients, helping them choose the right items for their businesses.
• Handle order processing, follow-up, and after-sales service.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in purchasing, logistics, and marketing to ensure top-notch service.
