This role involves contributing to the profitability of a retail operation by managing inventory and supplies in a timely manner.
The Stockroom Employee will be responsible for ensuring products are easily accessible, visually appealing, and properly distributed. They will also maintain store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
Main Responsibilities :
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store and assisting on the shop floor when needed.
- Organize stockroom.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements :
0-1 years of experience in a similar position or a degree in fashion / retail management.Affinity with fashion and brand.Fluent in English.Key Skills :
Communication skills.Time management skills.Teamwork skills.Work Environment :
Requires standing during scheduled hours.Kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and lifting weights of usually 2 – 14 kilos.Working rapidly, especially during peak sales periods to ensure that all customers are being serviced properly and store operations are being completed in a timely manner.
