Mendix Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Mendix Advanced Developer to lead the design development and delivery of highquality Mendix applications. This role requires both handson expertise and technical leadership to ensure that development outputs align with architectural standards and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with architects developers and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into scalable lowcode solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the endtoend development of Mendix applications ensuring adherence to architectural blueprints and business goals.

Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed application designs.

Guide and mentor Mendix Rapid and Intermediate developers reviewing code and offering best practice recommendations.

Collaborate with Mendix Experts and enterprise architects to define scalable maintainable solutions.

Ensure high performance security and maintainability of developed applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in coding standards tools and frameworks.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.

Maintain technical documentation including data models workflows and APIs.

Promote DevOps practices by integrating CI / CD and automated testing within the Mendix ecosystem.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Mendix Developer (minimum 3 years) with Advanced Certification.

Strong understanding of Mendix best practices microflows nanoflows and domain modeling.

Experience integrating REST / SOAP APIs and thirdparty systems.

Proficiency in UI / UX customization using Mendix styling and frontend frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps version control (Git) and CI / CD tools.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and team collaboration practices.

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in mentoring and training junior developers.

Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and cloud deployment.

Knowledge of database design and performance tuning.

Familiarity with JavaScript or custom widgets in Mendix.
