Supply Chain Specialist Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Specialist Coordinator with OIA Global you will play a key role in the expansion and maintenance of OIA’s Key Account, Suitsupply, coordinating the supply chain for their global retail footprint growth and refurbishment plans. This role will represent OIA as an integral part of Suitsupply’s supply chain processes ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and seamless execution of store openings, refits, and relocations.

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Suitsupply including store development teams, logistics, finance, and operations to help ensure that the necessary materials, furnishings, and services for store projects, are ordered and delivered on time and within budget. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining OIA’s relationship with Suitsupply, within the SuitSupply offices to ensure retention and growth of the services we can offer them.

Logistics and Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams in Suit Supply to understand project timelines

Research and plan the most appropriate route for shipment

Obtain, check and prepare documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packaging specifications, and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes

Maintain visibility and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports, statistical and unit cost analyst

Complete customs formalities or sub-contracting services

Communicate with suppliers on delivery updates, lead times, and documentation

Track shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving delivery issues

Help manage the inventory of store development materials and report on stock levels

Customer Service

Identify areas for improvement in the logistics processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Reporting back to Suitsupply keeping them up to date with the progress of the goods

Create a culture of excellence in the way you provide customer service.

Develop existing and new business with support from the Key Account Manager, Business Development teams and Branch Manager.

Be proactive in communication / relationship building with customers

Ensure all jobs are completed and invoiced on time.

What we need from you

Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Ability to identify and resolve logistical issues efficiently

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Knowledge and expertise in supply chain management, warehouse operations and inventory management

Be proactive when faced with problems

Comfortable using Microsoft office

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch

Must be able to work in Clients office, minimum of 3 days per week representing OIA
