About the Role :
We are looking for a result-driven and knowledgeable Manufacturing Process Technician with strong technical and analytical skills to operate high-tech pharmaceutical production lines. You will work in a GMP-controlled environment, ensuring top-quality medicines are produced efficiently and compliantly. This role requires a mature “can do” attitude, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate (semi) automated production lines following strict SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Monitor, analyze, and fine-tune process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with line leads, supervisors, and stakeholders to meet production goals
- Conduct administrative tasks in SAP / MES and document process data accurately
- Participate actively in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Own all tasks and escalate atypical events promptly
- Ensure all training deadlines are met and manage shift handovers effectively
- Support related logistic processes and improvement projects
Experience & Education :
10+ years in manufacturing as a process / technical operator, preferably GMP / GDP or ISO certified environments5+ years experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, etc.)Certified Lean / 6 Sigma Yellow or Green BeltExperience working with ERP systems (SAP / MES) and standard operating proceduresMBO technical / process education and / or VAPRO A and B certificationsAdvanced LEAN and / or Six Sigma trainingProficient with Microsoft Office and strong written / verbal skills in English and DutchCompetencies & Personal Traits :
