Job Purpose :
You will be responsible for the coordination of country activity reporting to the Cluster General Manager. The strategy and objectives are determined by the Cluster GM and in partnership with central functions, ensuring commercial and business goals and targets are achieved through coaching, training and recruitment of employees. We are looking for a collaborative partner within the wider KKI team to support and add value in the achievement of global objectives through effective cross functional working.
Please note this is a hybrid role with our Netherlands office.
Responsibilities

Regional :
- Shared / delegated accountability to achieve KKI goals and objectives.
- Provide local support to Cluster GM, central colleagues and other global functions ensuring the future growth and achievement of KKI collective ambition.
- Drive & operationalize local strategies from a commercial standpoint, in coordination with Medical function.
- Leads the local Management team (Commercial, marketing, medical, market access and finance)
- Provide local input to the Cluster GM, Franchise and Function directed strategy to ensure operational effectiveness of the country.
- Collaborate to ensure the success of future product launches and commercialisation programs of Rare Disease Business Unit as directed by Cluster, Central and Global teams as appropriate.
- Responsible for Kyowa Kirin brand and its communication internally and externally as directed by Cluster, Central and Global teams as appropriate.
- Directed by Functional Heads as appropriate to ensure the region’s corporate compliance and quality controls (including adherence to internal controls) to ensure all systems are maintained to an auditable standard.
- Work in collaboration with head office functions to input into the scientific development plan and life cycle management of each KKI brand.
Local :
Integrate KKI corporate purpose, vision, values and strategy.Deliver country P&L and corporate objectives as determined by Cluster General Manager and associated functions and Business Leaders.Providing information and local guidance to ensure the accurate forecasting of sales, budget, cash flow and management of the Commercial P&L (excluding back office).Recruit and develop a highly motivated and a talented team capable of developing a world class specialty pharmaceutical business.Evolve the commercial infrastructure to support and manage current and future portfolio.Provide support for local pricing reimbursement of existing and future Rare Disease brands in line with International Pricing and Reimbursement Strategies.Close working with Regional Department stakeholders to ensure best outcome.Full accountability of all regional and joint accountability for international product launches in the Rare Disease Business Unit, including pre & post launch activities to ensure milestones are met within specified timeframesAdherence to all international and local laws and regulations, which includes Anti-Bribery and Corruption and EFPIA / local code of compliance.Overall responsible for the local distribution of the goods, logistic and contracting with Wholesalers.Ensure third party relationships are agreed and implemented according to EU and national legislation.Manage the country’s current management under the Board's guidelines and instructions.Qualifications
Position Requirements :
University degree in Science / Economics / Business Administration or equivalent.Proven record of consistent success within multiple disciplines in a coordination role.Must have extensive experience working within Pharmaceutical sales and marketing.A “hands on manager”, who is comfortable within an entrepreneurial, fast paced, results oriented environment.Effective working with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.Proven track record of collective ambition to achieve company goals through matrix structures.Experience in receiving direction to coordinate business across multiple therapeutic areas and product management at varying stages of lifecycle.Experience in supporting successful product launches with direction as required.Existing relationships with payers / stakeholders are desirable.Must speak Dutch and English (French is desirable) .Options
