Exciting Opportunity : Hands-On Engineering Manager – Frontend – Fully Remote 🚀

I'm partnering with an exceptional SaaS company ranked in the top 1–2% globally, and we’re looking for a Hands-On Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive frontend innovation across the organization.

This is a rare opportunity to make a hands-on technical impact while mentoring others and shaping the architecture of a fast-scaling, remote-first company.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and manage a frontend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
  • Develop and maintain innovative features and tools in various initiatives.
  • Improve user experience through close collaboration with product / design teams.
  • Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1 : 1s, and technical development
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
  • Ensure smooth delivery processes by managing technical roadmaps and ensuring timely execution

What You’ll Bring :

  • 3+ years of experience leading frontend teams (5+ engineers)
  • 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Typescript, React.js and / or Next.js
  • Proven expertise in building features and tools in a product-based environment.
  • Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for mentoring and elevating others on the team
