The Role

Interested in fighting pirates on the digital seas? This role empowers you to be both a master craftsman and visionary leader, with a dynamic blend of hands-on development (70%) and strategic leadership (30%).

You'll architect and drive forward the evolution of our Content Protection systems, bringing technical excellence to life through both writing code and inspiring your team to reach new heights.

Your expertise will shape our technical direction as you collaborate with product and operations partners to transform challenges into opportunities, mentor rising talent through meaningful 1 : 1s, and establish priorities that align our technical capabilities with business success.

You would serve as our go-to authority on Content Protection system implementations and improve the technical excellence of the team through leading by example and coaching others.
