Functioneel Beheerder Insurance – 6+ Months – Utrecht

In this role, you will be a key contributor to product and application development projects. You’ll be the link between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the continuity and improvement of critical insurance processes. Your work will directly impact both internal colleagues and external customers, enabling seamless administration and sales of insurance products.

What You’ll Do :

• Act as the first point of contact for incidents on the insurance platform.
• Handle functional changes, collaborating closely with business and process management.
• Configure new insurance products, including all supporting documentation, within CCS Level.
• Monitor change requests submitted to suppliers and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Ensure operational continuity and timely data delivery to stakeholders.
• Drive proactive improvements, system analysis, and solution design.
• Participate in cross-functional projects across the Insurance & Pension segment.
• Help expand and professionalize the Agile functional management team within the Insurance team.
