What you’ll do

As a Manager – Data & AI , you’ll play a key role in helping financial services organisations use data in smarter, more responsible ways. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to shape solutions that span data governance, strategy, and innovation.

  • Co-create data strategies that align with clients’ goals and regulatory priorities
  • Lead transformation projects using technologies like data lakes, scalable platforms, and analytics tools
  • Promote high standards of data quality, ethics, and compliance (e.g. IRB, IFRS9, ESG)
  • Guide and support teams through mentorship, clear planning, and inclusive leadership
  • Translate complex topics into accessible insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and SAS
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Your strengths

We’re looking for thoughtful, collaborative professionals who are energised by learning and creating value with others :

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Actuarial Science, Information Management)
  • Around 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with exposure to financial services
  • Experience working in a consulting or stakeholder-facing environment
  • A people-centred leadership style and the ability to guide teams through complex work
  • Familiarity with credit risk or regulatory frameworks (e.g. IRB, IFRS9) is a plus—not a must
  • Comfort working in Dutch is preferred, especially for client communication
