Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to support the migration of employees to SuccessFactors and the creation of proofs of concept (POC) for new HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong ABAP skills (non-HANA), experience with SAP HR, and a solid understanding of SuccessFactors data replication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and modify ABAP programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors replication issues (employee master data & org data)
- Work with BADI for data replication
- Create / modify SOAP services
- Implement encryption for interface data
- Apply SAP security notes
- Support SAP HR production issues
