For one of my clients based in Amsterdam South we are recruiting for an AP Specialist.
Description
What you'll do?
- Registering / booking and paying all accounts payable invoices for both the Dutch and Australian office.
- Handling the mailboxes of the accounts payable administration.
- Supporting colleagues when there are outstanding questions.
- Hedging currency forward contracts, including all administrative tasks involved. This is done via an online application from our bank and in our ERP system.
- Assist with VAT filings.
What you bring :
A completed MBO-level education in an administrative fieldWork experience, minimum 5 years, at an international trading company.Preferably experience in the field of international VAT filings.A customer-oriented / service-minded attitude, as well as entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and accuracy. Able to work both independently and as a team player, with good communication skills.Good command of the Dutch language and reasonable command of English (spoken and written).Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).Offer :
