We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

Providing exceptional customer service
Responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

The ideal candidate will possess :

Native or near native Dutch language skills

B2-level English proficiency

A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset
