Finance and Accounting Team Lead regio Venlo

Are you a detail-oriented and strategic finance professional with a passion for process improvement and leadership? We're seeking a motivated individual to oversee accounting operations across multiple international entities and drive continuous enhancements in financial accuracy and efficiency.

In this position, your responsibilities will include :

• Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple international legal entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting;
• Supervise and support external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth process;
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two accountants, promoting growth and knowledge sharing;
• Monitor performance of financial operations and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement efficiency improvements;
• Maintain compliance with both local and international accounting standards and internal policies;
• Act as a key user for SAP S / 4HANA, identifying opportunities to optimize accounting workflows;
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial systems and processes;
• Review balance sheet items regularly, ensuring data integrity and completeness;
• Partner with other finance functions to align accounting processes with overall business goals.
