The Embraer EMEA team is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our office in Amsterdam Zuid. In this role, you’ll support and collaborate with our HR team across various functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a broad understanding of the HR field.

This is a great opportunity to explore different areas of HR while contributing to a dynamic, international environment. We’re looking for someone proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assisting with HR administration including drafting contracts, updating employee records, and preparing documents.
• Being a friendly first point of contact for employee questions and helping with day-to-day HR support.
• Supporting recruitment efforts by helping source candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare onboarding materials.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to onboarding, mobility and payroll processes.
• Helping organize and create training sessions and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Keeping employee files organized and up to date.
• Assist in managing HR inbox and helping prioritize and respond to employee inquiries.
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration by helping track changes and updates.
• Helping coordinate employee events and internal communications.
• Participating in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
• Assisting in maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Supporting the digitalization of HR processes and tools.
• Assist in creation of employee Handbooks for employees in various countries within the EMEA region.
• Participate in various HR projects.
