Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team of three senior professionals in a fast-paced, international environment. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring payroll accuracy, optimizing processes, and enhancing workflows - including leveraging a recently implemented Workday system. You will collaborate closely with HR teams and contribute to department-wide projects, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill expansion.

Key responsibilities :

• Oversee and execute daily payroll operations with precision across multiple countries.
• Conduct regular checks, reporting, and analysis to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the operational point of contact for payroll providers, HR, Global Mobility, Finance & Accounting, and Tax teams.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries, including salary, benefits, tax, and social security matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes.
• Lead the payroll team.
