Product Manager / Business Analyst FEC Transaction Monitoring

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities :

You play a key role in shaping, optimizing and implementing the Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling process. You as the vital link between business and IT, working closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, define functional system requirements and processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Process Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, preferably in FEC Transaction Monitoring
• Experience with workflow systems, ideally Pega
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of Agile WoW, Lean
