We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to join a high-profile greenfield implementation project for a global chemical manufacturing client based in the Netherlands. This long-term engagement offers the opportunity to work on a full lifecycle rollout of D365 F&O, shaping the solution from the ground up in a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing domains.
- Design and document functional solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O aligned with best practices and the client’s strategic objectives.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules, primarily focused on Finance , Procurement , Inventory , Production , and Warehouse Management .
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system design.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support data migration, testing phases (UAT, SIT), and go-live planning.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O in a functional consultant capacity.Deep functional knowledge in at least two of the following modules : Finance , Supply Chain Management , Manufacturing , or Warehouse Management .Strong experience working with process manufacturing or chemical industry is a significant advantage.
